The car has spark on all cylinders, has fuel and fuel pump is working, replaced hall effect sensor. And it still will not start. My dad even tried starter fluid and nothing. Why will it not start? Had ECU and coils checked and were good. No codes. What am I missing? Who even designed this engine needs to be beat with a stick what a dumb design.

It is frustrating. These had a problem with distributor would crack the reluctor and would not throw right spark if you can check that. Also, check fuel pressure with a gauge should have 9-11 psi if TBI. Then check timing like bring to number one and see where rotor points to number one or not.
