Why will my car not go over 20 MPH and multiple codes?

I have the car listed above Seville STS, and I’m having the following problems: The car has trouble accelerating above 20 MPH (is it in limp mode?). When driving it feels like when your fuel pump is about to go out. Like it’s not getting the proper fuel air ratio. What I’ve replaced and rebuilt so far: Replaced the alternator with an AC Delco alternator. The car would shut off occasionally and the battery voltage charge was reading low when driving the car. Test drove the car and it’s still not accelerating above 20-25 MPH, but the battery power is showing stronger. We replaced the fuel filter noticed more power, but it still is not accelerating above 20 MPH almost like the car is chocking. We replaced the crank shaft sensors with AC Delco crankshaft sensors, took the car out for a test drive. The check engine light came on. The car would still not go about 20 mph. There was a check transmission light that flashed on the dashboard, we’ve never had that before. I drove the car back home, disconnected the battery to let it sit overnight. I ran the engine codes in the morning. There were over 20 new codes in history that I’ve never seen before. I cleared the codes the last time I looked at them a few days prior. They are the following new codes after the crank shaft sensors were installed: (the following codes showed up in History) AMP U1300, DDM U1300, DDM U1064, DIM U1300, IPC U1300, IPM U1255, IPM U1300, IPM U1016, IRC U1300, MSM U1305, MSM U1064, MSM U1016, PCM U1300, RFA U1305, RIM U1300, RSS U1300, RSS U1016, SSM U1300, TTM U1300, VTD U1000.
It still feels like it’s not getting the fuel mixture correct. I’ve had a fuel pump go out on me while driving a vehicle and if the car did not start up every time, I would think it would be the fuel pump. Now we have also replaced the spark plugs with AcDelco 41-810. We previously had NGK Iridium IX spark plugs. We cleaned and rebuilt the fuel injectors replacing the seals and putting in the new filter baskets. Two of the previous seals had damage. Took it for test drive and still will not go above 20 mph. Here is a list of the current codes and other codes in history (besides what was previously mentioned. Current: RSS C0662, DDM U1163, U1162, U1161(recently the passenger windows and door locks stopped working). History: IPM B1652, IPC B1004, ABS C1287, ABS U1300. The service stability system warning does show on the dashboard normally when making turns. Any idea what’s going on with the car? Or any suggestions on where to look next? Thanks!

It seems like you could have more than one problem. You have CAN codes, BCM codes and ABS codes. Does this car have water damage? Let's start by checking the fuel pressure to see if the fuel pump is good or not.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel System Pressure

Key On Engine Off 41-47 PSI.

Also, we should service the throttle body to make sure that it is not causing issues.

I would clear all the codes and then without trying to start the car just turn the key on and run the codes again, this will give us the hard codes only. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
