When turning left my car makes a grinding sound

My car is a 3GLS. It is making a grinding noise when I turn left.

Sounds like a failed CV joint in the drive shaft, you can get a mechanic to confirm this quite quickly and if it is the case a change over shaft is the quickest and cheapest option.
