Thank you. on diagram number two the number 440 sensor, is that on the inside of the transmission?

The sensor is inside the transmission. I have a 70 CT transmission which is on the 2007-2012 3.6 liter models. Bummer. I was hoping it was easy to get too. But it is not.

Sort of. On the 6T70 trans-axle the sensor is actually on the outside of the transmission BUT the connector goes through a seal and into the valve body cover to connect inside.
The bigger issue is that you need a scan tool that can talk to the transmission controller and run the adaption protocol after you change the sensor.
