I need to replace the door as I was in an accident. Can you tell me what years will fit my car listed above?

That should be from 2003-2008. However, the actual damage will dictate the repairs, if the door was hit hard enough it could result in needing body parts pulled back into place on a frame table.

I ended up buying a door for a 2006 Corolla for my 2003 from the junkyard. It was sold to me as having power locks and windows which is what my corolla has. As I was disconnecting the wiring harnesses that were connected to the damaged door, I noticed the new doors harnesses has a different amount of wires in it and they are arranged differentl.

I imagine these are for the speaker lock window and mirror. Are you by chance able to tell me more specifically what these are related to or point me to a diagram and let me know if this is going to cause any issues? I delayed installing the new door as I was unsure. Should I plug it in and see what works or is that a bad idea? I'm worried I might end up burning something out if I tried this so I figured I would reach out to you first.

They use different control systems, but the door shell should be the same. The wiring changes are due to the different years, options and controls.
The best way to repair it would be to swap the electronic hardware in the doors as they are not a direct swap due to the changes.
Attached are the diagrams for just the locks to show they are very different. Toyota did the same as others when they updated the electronics but kept the body parts the same.
