Good morning,

It sounds like your battery is low or dead. You need to test the voltage at the battery. It needs to be 12.4 to 12.6 volts for all the systems to come alive.

As far as the codes, I attached possible issues for the codes.

The C codes are ABS related. It is a possible bad control module but needs to be confirmed.

The 603 is for the ECM. Powers need to be verified to be sure there is not a lack of power.

The first thing that needs to be done is the battery. Make sure the battery is good. It could be the battery not able to supply correct power for the modules.

Tested battery 13 volts. I have had the new battery on trickle charge same o same o nothing. No click no starter no dash lighting. Turn in key chime goes off five to seven times then headlamps and taillights come on.
Check engine light nothing else. Put new ends on factory cables crimp and solider all fuses. Trunk and engine compartmentalize.

This could be the ignition switch. That is where all powers come from for the car and the fuse blocks.
