What is this part

While I was driving I noticed that something cracked and broke. When I went underneath my hood there were no issues. When I looked on the left side underneath the truck I notice that there is a metal piece that has to do with power steering it is completely cracked. I have a photo. I need to know what part I need to get to replace this. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that is not your steering. That is the transfer case. The part that gave your Jeep four wheel drive. It is destroyed.
From the picture it looks like you need at least a new transfer case. It is hard to tell what other damage there is to the wiring, exhaust, front drive shaft, transmission, front differential.

Do not drive it until it is repaired. I am shocked it did not lock up and cause you to lose control and maybe roll over.
