Water in oil?

The engine oil keeps depleting and there were bubbles on the dipstick at least once. The car runs badly occasionally.

Hello!

Are you seeing any signs of oil dripping onto the ground wherever you park the vehicle? If there is no external sign of an oil leak, it's possible that the engine oil could be mixing in with the engine coolant.
