As soon as the vehicle is put in D or R the warning chime starts. All doors, and rear gate are closed. Nothing weighting down any seat sensor, seat belts latched. This began after the throttle body was replaced and codes were cleared. Reduced engine power still comes on unless you keep the idle up for several seconds. I'm also having trouble logging in to follow up on another thread with my findings. Facebook log in doesn't work.

The chime is telling you there is a stored code that is also causing the reduced power. Repair that and the chime will stop. From the description you need to put a good scan tool on it and see what is setting the reduced power, then repair that problem. If it goes out at a higher RPM it might be a vacuum leak but without looking at live data there is no real way to tell. What codes did you have before?

The codes were and are P1516 and P2101. Throttle body with TPS has been replaced. Wiring looks ok. When driving and monitoring pedal position it doesn't correspond to the actual acceleration. I'm thinking the pedal sensor is bad?

P1516 is a common code on that engine, it isn't the throttle body but the wiring harness plug that plugs into the throttle body. The wiring fails inside the plug and causes that code. The 2101 is also commonly caused by the same thing, a broken wire in the throttle body harness. You can get a replacement pigtail and then you simply replace the plug and a few inches of the harness. Should take care of the issue.
