Wont start

My van would not start on the boat ramp at low tide got pulled off boat ramp and it starts. What the problem how to fix it?

Check items in picture for corrosion on prongs, if any try to clean it off and use dielectric grease. Then check to see if transmission switch got wet and use dielectric grease on that as well.
