ABS and VSA failure/not working?

ABS failure/not working. Is it safe to drive? Will the wheels lock up?

Yes, with the ABS/VSA warning light on the wheels will lock up. We need to scan the system because it sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor that is not working, which is common.
