2003 Volvo S60 Won't Start

Replaced starter on car won't start. Turn key on and lights on dashboard light up, but the car won't start. Before I replaced starter, it would not start unless u tap on the starter than it would. That is why we replace the starter.

Battery is fully charged.

Any suggestions, appreciated.

Any messages coming on the dash coming on like start prevent or immobolizer?

I've experienced the same problem but I do not believe it's the starter. I do received a message "immobilizer see manual". However it does not ALWAYS appear and the car will start, sometimes. I have replaced the relay starter and the antenna ring and battery but still experiencing the problem. Any ideas?
