When the passenger seat moves forward to the limit, it stops working and will not respond to the controls. Now it is stuck all the way in the forward position.

Small spring in micro switch must have broken off so it thinks the backrest is tilted forward. On the backrest left side of it you will need to lift leather up a bit and stick your hand up there on side. Try and feel for the little lever and move it while pressing the seat controls to get it where you want it. To correctly fix it you will need to go to VOLVO. There is a new spring and screw available but requires you drilling a hole at a precise location of the backrest side frame. If you drill in wrong direction your going to drill right through the micro switch. I hope you can make sense of this to at least be able to move the seat.
