2001 Volkswagen Jetta Probles with headlights

I have a 2001 Jeta and a few days ago I noticed that the passenger side headlight is very dimm I tought it was the bulb so I repplaced both of the but the prooblem stillpersists. The driver side is fine but the passenger side is very dimm. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance

It sounds like you have a a contact problem. I would start by removing the lamp and cleaning the contacts in the lamp base. It may be as simple as that, or it may not be grounding all way. Make sure the base is all the way in and tight when you replace it in the holder.
