Engine Performance problem
2000 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Automatic 93,000 miles

hopefully you can help, after it rains my jetta will NOT start.I have had it to many places to find out the problem. Still can't find it. It has been costing me sooo much money and stress. This problem only happpens when it rains? It wants to start, it turns over and then dies.
