1999 Volkswagen Jetta Cold start problem

2.0 engine, new coolant temp sensor and new throttle motor assly, clear of codes and throttle relearn.
When cold or below 140 deg car will not accellerate and falls on its face. Add carb cleaner when trying to bring the rpms up and it works. After it gets to about 140 deg NO PROBLEM! Car runs fine with good pick up. HELP PLEASE!

Check fuel pressure

check and or replace coil

What did you had for codes before you cleared it?

Dont over look the massair flow sensor and air filter
replace them together
