How does a do it yourselfer bleed antifreeze out of the line?

First on the top of the thermostat housing check if there is a bleed port, if not the easiest thign to do is to put the front end up on jack stands so the radiator cap is the highest part of the engine and start the vehicle and let it warm up till the thermostat opens then keep filling it till no more bubbles.
