When I turn the key, I get all the normal lights, but when I turn it to crank the engine, it just clicks. Like the flywheels trying to engage but its stuck. How do I fix this. This happend right after we were taking it out for a drive and the peddle got a little stuck, and it revved to high in 1st gear. Then it just shut down.
Any advice will help thanx

Check the oil and make sure its up to the marks
place tranny in neutral E brakes ON ,block tires, try and spin the engine by hand
if engine turn OK
check battery and terminals if OK try to get a jump and suspect bad starter

good luck
