Vents stay open

My vents will not closed even when switch is closed. Can't blend temperatures. Either hot or cold, not warm. Controls will not change to different location like defrost.

Hello,

It sounds like you have two blend door actuators that are bad can you hear any noises? Here is a guide to help you change the actuators out:

No noise. Vents just stay open when on cold or hot.

When you move the control can you hear any vent door moving?
