2003 Vauxhall Combo EPS faulty

The EPS light is on on the dash so having checked there was a supply there I decided to replace the motor, electronic box and sensor but the problem is still there. We got it plugged on to a computer at a vauxhall dealer but it wouldnt talk to it. What would be the next thing to check? Thank you frazer

Could you explain what the actual fault is ? does the steering work at all ? is it always heavy ? when you say the computer would not "talk" to your vehicle what did it say "link error" .. "no communication" .. have you tried linking the vehicle to another diagnostic scanner ... from the partial description of the fault i'm thinking possible computer (PCM) malfunction ... or wiring bad somewhere on the system !!
