cooling fan continues running also a/c fan I have replaced control box at bumper under n/s headlight this makes no difference any sugg. Please

The PCM (computer) controls fan functions .. so check coolant level is correct ..and check the ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor is functioning correctly or replace the sensor !!
