it sounds like a flag flapping in the wind?

So this issue is for my girlfriend’s car, not mine for a change. She told me that her check engine light came on earlier today and explained the following, “it sounds like a flag flapping in the wind when I drive but it’s coming from the back so I thought it was something I had in my back seat or trunk” but there was nothing in her back seat or trunk that would cause such noise. This is the screenshot of the codes that came up when I scanned it and I am honestly confused as to what any of these mean since I cannot find much help online.

Can I ask what you are using to scan the car as none of those appear to be valid codes for that car. The intercooler codes would apply to a turbocharged engine. The 3411 is a cylinder deactivation system code for engines that shut off cylinders as it runs.
Flapping sound could be a loose belly pan piece under the car or a loose exhaust heat shield. Both should be easy to spot if the car is up on stands or a lift.

I’m using a FIXD OBD2 scanner, it’s always been accurate, but I will have to rescan it because that would make sense as to why I cannot find anything in correlation to those codes online.

Yeah, I would try again or see about hitting one of the parts stores that does free scans and see what they come up with, just be sure to write down the codes and make a note of what they tell you to buy, even though they are likely very wrong..

Car was taken to an O’Reilly’s, and this was said:
Replace Oxygen Sensor(s) (O2S)
Primary DTC
HO2S B1 S2 SLOW RESPONSE
P0139
Code P0139 indicates that the Bank 1, Sensor 2 02 electrical circuit was responding slower that required for a predetermined period of time.

O2 sensor was replaced, and code was cleared so fingers crossed.

That is a valid code. Slow response can be the sensor or corroded connections. Or worse a partially plugged converter so the exhaust gases don't get to the sensor as fast as the computer thinks they should. If the light stays off, then great. Keep us in mind if it doesn't.
