I have had to rebuild the engine. While rebuilding the engine, I noticed that all the vacuum lines where falling apart. The engine starts but idles a little rough. When I put it in drive it either shuts off or takes a minute to get any power to move. I think it is the vacuum lines. Can someone help me a full vacuum line diagram? I would also like to know the proper size on the vacuum lines please.

Good morning,

I attached a vacuum hose diagram but it does not give us the hose size. You will have to match up the sizes to your old hoses.

Yes, I've seen this one. I don't have an air pump and it doesn't show how the vacuum lines go or what the connect to. I know 3 vacuum lines come off the transfer case one to the actuator for the 4x4. Then it says one goes to the vent to the atmosphere. Then one to the engine. There other diagrams that some vacuum lines go to the back of the intake manifold. Some say there is a vacuum motor. I need a detailed diagram of where any vacuum lines go on 4.3l 4x4 spider injection. With A/C, does not seem to have a vacuum motor or there is no port on the back of the manifold. Thank you
