My SUV is the LT model. It is due for new tires and I would really like to gain a bit of height by going with a set of 275/60r20's instead of the 275/55r20's that are the stock size. It appears that there is plenty of room in the wheel wells. I understand the change will effect my speedometer accuracy by about two mph. Are there any other issues serious enough to not go with the size change? Thanks.

There should be no real problems with this tire selection. The different aspect ratio is only minor a long as all four tires are the same there should not be a problem.
