My truck turns over but will not start

My truck turns over but will not start. I replaced fuel pump,crank sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump relay and even throttle body, but will not start. fuel rail is getting fuel but will not start. I put starting fluid in it and it runs for bout forty seconds. any suggestions?

Check to make sure the fuel injectors are getting power. If it runs on starting fluid, it's a fuel related issue. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
