Turn signal, wipers, brights and hazards not working

I have the vehicle listed above SXT. The turn signals, wipers, and the hazards and brights do not work. I have checked all of the fuses and they are good.

It looks like the fuses for this system are in the TIPM (fuse-board at the left rear of the engine compartment)

Have you checked all of these fuses?

The hazard warning switch pack and the multi-function switches communicate with the instrument cluster via a LIN bus. This is then communicated to the TIPM which controls wipers and lights.

The fact that you have two separate switches on this network that don't work points to a communication issue.

Double checking all fuses is the first place to start. Guide to check fuses below:

It would then be useful to scan for codes to see if that can narrow down the process.
