The trunk won’t open using the fob, switch by the door or the trunk handle. The only way in is crawling in through the back seat. The dealership said it was the latch mechanism so I replaced that but still no go. I don’t hear the actuator moving at all?

Thoughts? I assume electrical but don’t know where to start to troubleshoot.
Thanks

Hey LEEG617,

Do you have access to a test light or multi-meter?
Did you replace the latch yourself?

It looks like the actuator is part of the latch mechanism you have already replaced.

Please check all of the the fuses in the fuse box beneath the dash in the drivers foot-well.
Fuse checking guide below:

It looks like fuse 56 should be the fuse you are looking for but i would check them all to be sure.

Regards, Joe
