The truck has a 351W. While driving down the road the truck just started to lose power and acted like it was missing. It has two new fuel pumps, new fuel filter, new fuel pressure regulator, new wires, new plugs, new cap and button. The fuel pump comes on when the key is turned on. There is fuel at the fuel rail. Spray starting fluid in the throttle body and the truck starts smoothly and will run smoothly until the fluid is gone. Please Help!

Check fuel pressure with a gauge may be low on pressure which can be the regulator and or fuel pump. Most auto parts stores will rent the gauge.
