I did an LTZ dash swap in my 2012 Chevy 2500hd 6.0. All the components stayed the same. I went to start it after I was done and the gauge cluster doesn’t work and the radio doesn’t turn on and the truck won’t turn over. Need any help that can be given.

The first thing that comes to mind is a ground wire got left off or there is a junction block connector that is not fully seated. We can get a hint if you did a CAN scan, this will tell us the systems that are down and we might be able to find a common missing connection between them all.

I assume you check all fuses? This guide can help, check the fuses with the system on.

Here is the CAN scan video as well:

Thank you so much for the reply. I had a scan done on it and all systems seem to read that everything is functioning as normal. And well doing the swap I never removed a grounds.

I also went over all the fuses and the only two that were blown were the seo and seo b1 and they keep blowing even with a 3 amp.

A 3 amp fuse? This is too small did you mean 30 amp fuse? The SEO fuses don't seem to have anything to do with the cluster. I would check the power and ground inputs, unplug the cluster and turn the key on check the red/white and pink wires for power and then the black/white wire for ground, this guide can help:
