I’m brand new here so please forgive any missteps. I was reading about Tim and his swap. The document detailing sizes etc. Was great. Is there similar info regarding the 2020-2024 bed?
I’m trying to see if I can put this on my 2004 2500 hd turbo diesel Chevy Silverado.

In theory you can swap any GM bed for any other as long as you use the same bed length. However it's not quite as easy as it sounds because the newer beds use modules for the lights and you need to work out the wiring and controls to make them work. There is also a question of appearance as in most cases the body lines are very different. The frames are different as well and in many cases the bolt holes don't line up. For that you end up making spacers and such to make things fit. This thread might help -
