I'm trying to get the rear wiper to work, but this old truck has lost its printing on the controls. Where is the switch to turn on the rear wiper, on the turn signal switch or is it the rocker switch on the panel with the headlights? Is there one fuse for all the wipers, or does the rear have its own? Starting with the simple things. Thank you.

Good afternoon,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. We need to do some testing to see why it is not working.

You will need a test light or voltmeter for the testing.

a. Put wiper arm assembly in park position, the remove hose assembly elbow from hose connector.
b. Remove cap, then the nut from wiper arm assembly.
c. Remove wiper arm assembly from shaft.
2. Remove nut and spacer from shaft, Fig. 8, then the interior panel from vehicle liftgate.
3. Disconnect battery ground cable, then the controller electrical connector.
4. Remove wiper motor screws, then the wiper motor from vehicle.
5. Disconnect wiper motor harness from controller, then remove controller from wiper motor.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Position motor on vehicle with screws, while keeping shaft centered in liftgate hole. Torque wiper motor screws to 57 inch lbs.
b. Torque shaft nut to 53 inch lbs.
