I have the vehicle listed above Sport model.

The check engine light is off due to a change in spark plugs and coil packs (no wires) everything is working great it's just accelerating is slow it's a few seconds to pick up its speed.

This can be a weak fuel pump, a partially clogged catalytic converter or a bad MAF sensor. If you have a scanner, you can read the MAF sensor to see if it is below these reading at idle.

0.8 - 1.2 grams/second (g/s)

Please go over this guide as well:

Here is the sensor location in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Okay, that might help. Have you had a chance to look at the MAF sensor or go over the guide?

Sure you can replace if you have the tools and want to. Here is a guide to help check to see if the catalytic converter is bad:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-a-catalytic-converter

Let me know if it is bad so I can give you directions.

The check engine light is back on when I got it tested before I did the spark plugs and coil packs. It was reading the O2 sensor. So, could this be the reason the check engine light is back on?

Yep, the oxygen sensor code can be from the cylinder misfire. Lets remove the spark plug on #2 and do a compression test, this guide can show you how. Also, you can rent the gauge set at the auto parts store for free.

Since I did the #2 cylinder fuel injector and the spark plugs and coil packs the misfiring stopped but now the engine light is on and the only thing I haven't done is the O2 Sensors or the MAF Sensor or checked the fuel filter or pump.

Wow, those spark plugs are worn out! After you replace all of the spark plugs, I would clear the codes and go from there, which could be all of your problems. I would service the throttle bore and replace the MAF sensor as well.
