When you say the engine will not start or run do you mean it will not crank over, or it will crank over but not start.

P0341 - Camshaft Position Sensor Performance
P0860 - Transmission Control Module (TCM) Communication Error
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Input

I would start by checking the fuses with the key on. This guide can help, I hope to find a blown fuse for the P0860 code.

Also, if the engine is cranking over and not starting have you tried starting fluid to see if the problem is fuel related?

This video should help:

So, we need more information to help you. Please let us know what you find.

I have a 2011 Jetta 2.0 it cranks but will not start. We found the timing belt was bad so fixed it, but still nothing and now codes say ECM and camshaft.
