Truck jerks when transmission is shifted into reverse

Reverse always worked properly until I used my 4 wheel drive to get out of ditch. Now I am jerking into reverse after going into reverse at the start of my day.


And the 4 wheel drive buttons use to all work but now it only goes into all but 4low.

Good morning,

I would start by changing the fluid and filter. There may be dirt or debris in the filter. You may have also damaged the transmission from the incident.

As far as the transfer case, is 4 wheels low the only range you have at this time?
