No issue with van except speed cable acted up and didn't relay correct speed. Pulled over on side road; shut van off in park and restarted to try to correct speed cable. Van started just fine, put in gears, nothing. I changed the neutral safety switch and didn't make a difference. Ideas?

Good afternoon,

Transmission engagement is mechanical, not electrical. If it was electrical it would also code.

I would start by changing the fluid and filter and see if there is any debris in the pan. If that does not get it to go into gear, then the issue is internal which will require removal and inspection.
