Transmission shift from high gear

Transmission will shift from overdrive to third gear automatically for a brief moment before dropping back to overdrive. It does this about every ten seconds or so. No vacuum leaks detected, fluid level good, shifts good until about fifty mph when this happens.

It sounds like you have a shaft speed sensor that is going out in the transmission is the check engine light on? These sensors may or may not trigger a check engine light. Lets runs the codes so it will give us a clue whats going on.
