Hi there,

Check the trans oil level and condition, but I would be getting it inspected by a trans specialist and get a test and report done.

This is caused by the viscosity of the oil getting thinner once its heated. Your transmission sounds worn out and once the oil gets heated it thins out causing it to slip. You most likely need a transmission I would do like mhpautos suggested and take it to a shop to be checked. MORT
