Transmission issues?

I recently had an issue where one of my radiator hoses (I believe the upper radiator hose) popped off, causing a significant coolant leak. After this happened, my power steering went out, and my transmission stopped shifting properly.

I was able to resolve the power steering issue, and I’ve refilled the transmission fluid along with all other necessary fluids to their recommended levels, but my transmission issue is still persisting. It’s not shifting as it should.

Could the coolant loss have affected the transmission in some way? What steps should I take to diagnose and fix this issue?

I would run the codes to see if any are present. Also, do you have transmission inside the coolant? If so, this will be the problem, please go over this guide to see what I am talking about:
