Unfortunately no, we don't have a form like that. The best thing I can think of is to go online and look for automotive type printable forms. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I think the issue here is that most of us who spin steel sort of know what steps to use and many times assume that others also know to do those steps. Can really be a trap if you don't though. For instance even something like "Change out the spark plugs" can get interesting if it's a vehicle that requires the intake manifold be removed to access them.
Even worse are the times where you do an interchange and then discover that the OE pulled a switch mid year and the parts are actually not compatible but there is no mention of this in any service info, That can be fun if you go through and swap in the replacement and it all bolts up perfect, then doesn't work! (Yes Chrysler I'm speaking of you specifically !)

You've never had fun until doing spark plug changes until you been on a 1997-2005 E-series Ford van. Like laying under the hood? Or better yet, Since your a Chrysler guy a Hemi Ram truck V8 with 16 spark plugs while doing it in the rain. Just sayin.

Those are fun. My favorites were some of the early 1970's cars, like the big old Pontiacs with the 400 that you had to pull the front tires and go in through the wheel wells to get at the plugs. Or the Ford Super Duties where step one was to pull the cab off for access.

That is what I did for my self-employed auto repair business. I found an automotive printable online form for a work repair sheet. I printed it out and just make color copies when needed. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Don't even need to look, biggest converter issue, not seating it into the pump properly and not shimming it if needed to ensure the ears are seated properly. Result, one trashed pump. Next would be not flushing or replacing the cooler after an internal failure that tossed shrapnel around, that one applies to oil/trans/PS coolers and AC systems equally though.

I actually had a pump failure on a 4L60 after 1400 miles on New Years Day. I didn't do the rebuild myself. The warranty wasn't covered-- Company disappeared and I had to start all over. Luckily the idiot company didn't bother to show up and take my original as a core !
