On an earlier thread, with your guide I was able to pinpoint timing issues on my car and got it fixed. Now, the transmission takes time to shift and makes a lot of noise (normal noise before gear change though) and it seem not to shift to overdrive, I am still trying to research if my car does not have overdrive though. As a result of all this I feel the power of the car is not optimal.

Note; before the timing work was done, the car was scanned/diagnosed and DTC "P0352 ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit" Was read, could this be the reason the transmission is not optimal?
I just noticed now that when I engage the reverse gear (maybe it's because the car is warmed-up/hot, the car vibrates really bad.

I performed ignition coil test few minutes ago, disconnecting the coil wire connector one after the other, and discovered that the ignition coil B had same effect on the engine as much as the other 3, therefore, I feel the coil B, might just be as good as the other other 3.

Maybe after the timing work the coil started working again, because I haven't scanned the car after the repair.

Hello,

This sounds like you may have a turbine (input) shaft revolution sensor that might be out but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Lets run the codes again as well

The Catalytic converter has been removed like I said in the other thread, a quark diagnosed exhaust Restrictions and suggested the extraction of the catalytic converter as the solution. Could it be why the transmission is not at its optimal performance?

Not really but the muffler can be having issues and clogging the exhaust as well. Can you loosen the head pipe to relieve the back pressure to see if it helps? The car will be a little loud but it you will be able to tell if the transmission shifts better.

Hi, I didn't have an idea of what I could video record and send to you, so I did this to show the shifting delay. Are there no other mean of checking muffler restrictions, maybe by visual check of exhaust fume or by heat and blow out effect. Boss I have the feeling that the muffler is not blocked, am not dismissing what you said, but I don't have the tools to disassemble the exhaust to confirm like you suggested. Maybe when next I visit my mechanic.

Thanks for the video. I don't think the muffler is the problem. I'm going with the turbine (input) shaft speed sensor. Here is the location so you can replace it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
