Codes P0731, P0715, P0403, P0700

Transmission goes into limp mode (second gear) after it warms up approximately a twenty five mile drive. Up to that point it shifts great. The only way to reset it is to park it for a day. I have changed the oil and filter, cleaned electric connections at the shift solenoid etc.

Also, I have codes P0731, p0715, p0403, p0700. I can drive to work, which is only ten miles, and it shifts great. No problems! But if I go much further it just wants to stay in second gear. If I stop and go from park into drive it often slams into gear. (Only when in limp mode)
