I have no park, reverse, no first or second gear. I can put it in drive and hit gas pedal and it will take off.

I start truck move shifter to reverse it won't move but sounds like and looks like it trying to move forward same for neutral. Then if I shift to drive and give it a lot of gas it will move forward. If I drop it to first or second gear it won't pull but you can tell it is trying to. Then I can move it back to neutral then give it gas and it will take off forward like its in drive. I put new fluid in changed filter, and put new shifter cable on. Some the vacuum lines are off but none go to transmission.

Okay, thanks.

You have an internal failure in the transmission. It will have to be removed and inspected for the failure and most likely rebuilt.
