I have the TPMS light in addition to a triangular warning light saying to check tire pressure. I recently had a blowout. The TPMS went on and as soon as the tire shredded, the warning light came on. I have tried the reset procedure but it does nothing. Any ideas?

I read the pages you sent. Mine is flashing so there is a system malfunction and the instructions say to check the DTC. What is that?

Hello,

A Direct Trouble Code (DTC) is set when there is a fault in a system of the vehicle. When a DTC sets the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or "check engine" light will illuminate alerting the driver that there is a problem. You can hook a code reader up to the Data Link Connector (DLC) to retrieve the code. The code will tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. I have included a link below for you to go to:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Please go through this guide and get back to us with the DTC please. We will have more specific instructions for you if a DTC has set.

Thanks,
Alex

No DTC codes at all. I'm convinced it's the TPMS antenna. This all started when I had a tire failure on the freeway. It was the left rear. I have looked in the wheel well hoping to spot some damage but nothing obvious. I saw on ebay someone selling a TPMS antenna. It makes sense to me but I can't find it. Any idea where it's mounted?
