I need to remove my front rotors. The truck is on jack stands, with both front tires off, and the calipers off one side. Other cars I've done (Honda Civic) the rotors just popped off. Not so with my Tacoma. I assume that the rotors must be bolted to the hubs. My "Chiltons" repair manuel says to remove the grease cap, and then the nut, take the hub & rotor off, then unbolt the rotor. How the heck does one remove the grease cap? It appears to be super pressed in.

Need to get that grease cap off by using flat bladed tool (screwdriver etc.) And a hammer to knock it out. Once its off, remove cotter pin, lock cap, hub nut, claw washer, outer bearing and rotor with hub assembly.
