2002 Toyota RAV4 battery

When starting car it would make a clicking sound several times, and would eventually start. I removed battery, and it has a sealed indicator, which based on the owners manual states battery is good. Is it possible it is still a bad battery even when the indicator shows otherwise? If not, what else might cause a car to start like that?
