I own a 2004 Toyota Tundra, 41000 k 4.7l V-8. The power steering "wines" and is hard to turn after the vehicle warms up. When cold there are no problems, it acts like there is air in the system the lines have been bled and fluid levels remain normal. Any help is appreciated.

It is a common problem when a rack and pinion goes bad especially in col;dweather. Smell the power steering fluid and look for a change in color. Check for metal in the fluid. 75% it is the rack and 25% it is the pump.

Good luck losone
