Possible Blown Head Gasket?

I have a '93 Toyota pickup 4cyl with 145k miles on it. Recently it overheated, there wasn't very much smoke so I didn't think it was my head gasket. My radiator was cracked so I replaced it with a brand new one. I took it for a test drive, it ran fine until it got warm, it started to shake so I pulled over. I checked the oil and there is water in it. Do I have a blown head gasket? Everyone keeps telling me I will need a new engine if that is the problem. Can you help? Thanks!

For me I would say Yes, you do have a blown gasket to confirm get a block/pressure/leakdown test and you do not need a new engine and again it depends what is damaged when it overheated.
