COUPLE OF QUESTIONS

DOES YOUR AXLE HAVE A RUBBER BUMPER/ SNUFFER ABOVE IT?

IN OTHER WORDS WILL YOUR AXLE BOTTOM OUT ON THE BUMPER BEFORE THE WHEEL WOULD HIT THE BOLT?

CAN YOU REPLACE THE BOLT WITH A CARRIAGE BOLT, EXCEPT MAYBE INSERT IT IN THE OTHER DIRECTION?

You can turn the bolt around that should give you plenty of running clearance.
