How to replace the blower motor on a 89 Cressida?

Greetings - Ive got a 1989 Cressida 7MGE sedan. The blower motor is defective. I applied 12V- nothing. My question is how do I remove the blower motor? I've remove the bottom dash cover, glove box and mid dash cover. There is still more plenum or some other encasement to remove! Does anyone have a proper procedure for removing and replacing the blower motor?

I just recently went to the link you provided and got nothing. This is a very poorly laid out manual and does not provide accurate pictures or procedures for maintenance of this vehicle. I don't see any instructions for removal or replacing the blower motor. Am I not looking in the right place?
