Hi, I bought a 1989 Toyota Cressida almost 4 years ago. I have put 30k miles on it and it still runs great. Recently, I notice it's leaking a little oil. This is exacerbated by the fact that the car's dipstick is too short, i.E. Even when full of oil, the stick shows nothing. A couple years ago, I ordered an 89 Cressida dipstick from the local Toyota dealership parts office and the new one was the same length -- too short. So, my question is, what's up with the engine in my car? Could it be a Supra engine or another year Cressida engine that requires a longer stick? The one in my car definitey is the "hemi" straight 6, 24 valve Toyota engine (and a fast, quiet one). But it's time for the right length dipstick. Please help if you can. Thanks, jdillon
